RMA Request

We guarantee great customer support. We also understand that from time to time, you may need to return a product purchased from Projector People. To streamline that process, we provide this online form to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (or RMA).

Please complete the form below and click the submit button. A customer service representative will review the form and contact you if necessary. Once we receive your information, you will then receive an RMA number and return instructions by email. Do not ship any products back to Projector People without a valid RMA number. Please note: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and are allowed only within 30 days from the date of purchase.
 

Whenever returning an item to Projector People, we require the following packing and shipping methods:

  • If your projector has less than four (4) hours on the lamp, then you will not be charged a restocking fee. If your projector has four (4) to ten (10) hours on the lamp, and/or evidence of excessive wear and tear, you will be refunded your purchase price less a low 15% restocking fee. If your projector has greater than ten (10) hours on the lamp, you may not return the projector for credit or exchange. Instead the projector may be repaired under warranty according to manufacturer guidelines. The restock fee will also apply for stocking items that evidence excessive wear and tear.
  • Please return all products in their original packaging with original documentation. Include all accessories in their original wrapping/packing material. The actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your refund/credit.
  • Clearly place the RMA # on a label and attach it to the outside of the box.
  • Please do not write the RMA # directly on the box. If the box is written on, the returned product will be refused.
  • Include the RMA # in the "Ship To" address line.
  • Customer pays shipping costs and must insure the package for the purchase value. Acceptable shipping carriers are UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, or Airborne. Please do not send return merchandise via U.S. Mail by any method; it will be refused. Products returned by U.S. Mail will not be credited or exchanged.
