"I have a dedicated HT in my home and the Sanyo PLV-Z700 is the newest edition. It has replaced my former projector, a Sanyo PLV-60HT which I have had for about 5 years. The picture quality on the Z700 is very impressive and at this point I'm using a Panasonic SD DVD player! A Blu Ray player is coming in February, so I can't wait to see exactly what the Z700 is truly capable of. Right out of the box, the color reproduction is excellent. I have had no need to make any changes, as it all looks great. Installation was made easy due to the fact it only weighs 16 lbs. The Z700 is mounted about 12 feet away from a Dalite 106 inch Permwall screen. I also have an Xbox 360 hooked up and games have never looked better. Textures are smooth and bright. And before I forget, the Z700 is the quietest projector I have ever come into contact with. You can hardly tell it's running. We had a movie party over the weekend to premier the new Z700 (and the Incredible Hulk) and everyone was very impressed. I could not be happier.
I highly recommend the Sanyo PLV-Z700 to anyone wanting to upgrade to HD at a reasonable price. And on a final note, projector experts Todd and Carmen were very helpful in getting my pre-order taken care of and answering all my questions."
