This Sweepstakes is intended for play in the United States and shall be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. only. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period:

The Great Gaming Projector Sweepstakes 2 ("Sweepstakes") begins on December 7, 2007, 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST"), and ends on January 21, 2008, 11:59 p.m., EST, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Eligibility:

Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible and will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, except residents of Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of ProjectorPeople.com and affiliated companies ("Sponsor"), and Panasonic, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and advertising agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws.

How to Enter:

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. You must have Internet access as of December 7, 2007 in order to enter. To enter, complete the online form on the Sweepstakes page at anytime during the sweepstakes period by providing the information requested. Complete the registration page with your contact information and click on the "submit" button and you will automatically receive one (1) entry. The registration page must be completely filled out to constitute an eligible entry. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person, per Sweepstakes period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, illegible, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software or any combination thereof or for lost, stolen, late, misdirected or mutilated entries. No other means of entry will be accepted. All entries become the property of ProjectorPeople.com.

Prize and Approximate Retail Value:

Sponsor will award one (1) winner one (1) new Panasonic PT-AX200U projector (Approximate Retail Value of prize: $1,299.00); Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be made. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if stated prize becomes unavailable. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

Selection and Notification of Potential Winner:

Random Draw Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 22, 2008 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by ProjectorPeople.com, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by via e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the registration page. Winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) which must be signed, notarized and returned to Sponsor within 14 days of receipt of winner documentation. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or winner does not respond within 14 days of receipt of winner documents, the entire prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Publicity:

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to Sponsor, and its designees or agents to use the winners' names, cities, states, likenesses, opinions, biographical information and voices for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

Privacy:

Any information collected will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at http://www.projectorpeople.com/customer-service/privacy.asp ("Policy"). By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have agreed to the Policy and you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with the Policy. If you wish to access or correct your personal information held by us, opt out of receiving further communications from us, or have other questions respecting our privacy policy, please contact us at webmaster@projectorpeople.com.

General Conditions:

Sponsor, its agencies and all prize providers are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, technical failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, which may limit the ability to participate or by a human error which may occur in the processing of online applications in this Sweepstakes. Online entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are ineligible and will not be accepted. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation thereof is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is no longer capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such action. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated or suspended prior to the stated expiration date, notice shall be posted at the web site. Sponsor is not responsible for any damages, claims or injuries arising from the unlawful acquisition of information obtained from participation in the Sweepstakes by hackers or other such individuals. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted. Winners release ProjectorPeople.com (Sponsor) and all prize providers and their respective directors, employees, and agents, including without limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of prize. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has violated these rules or otherwise tampered with any element of the Sweepstakes.

Disputes:

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Florida, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Except where prohibited or otherwise outlined in these Official Rules, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate State of Florida Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
