  • Q:

I am reading your specs on the page for the IN124 InFocus projector and on the upper left hand side of the screen you list it as having a 4000:1 contrast ration and then in the information below the picture of the projector it states the contrast ration is 3000:1. Can you clarify?

    • A:

For bigger rooms that have more light, you can expect a 3000:1 contrast ratio to maintain high contrast. In dimmer smaller rooms, you can easily achieve the maximum 4000:1 contrast ratio.

  • Q:

What is the hour rating on the bulb for this projector? And is there a chart for this projector which shows how large or small you can project based on distance to the screen?

      A:

Bulb is rated for 2500 hrs. There is a "Projector calculator" provided on the same page as the spec sheet on Projectorpeople.com

    • A:

The bulb is rated at 2500 hours and yes, there is a chart available which compares the projection size to the distance required. You can find this chart at: www.projectorpeople.com/promos/projcalc.asp?sku=IN124.
