Q:Is the replacement Bulb #V13H010L49 that you sell an Epson E-Torl bulb? There is no mention of it in the description. I read that the E-TORL bulb is brighter and more efficient.
I have bought my projector and Lamps from you in the past and have been very happy with your service. I found a reputable store that sells the E_TORL bulb for almost the same price. I looked at the lamp box of the last bulb I purchased from you and there is no mention of E-TORL anywhere on the box or instructions. Please let me know because I am going to need a new bulb soon.

A:Bill, we only sell the true OEM Epson bulb. Whatever they use, is what we sell. I'm not sure if it is the E-Torl lamp.Answered on 3/24/2017 by Todd from Tampa

A:The one I received is a genuine Epson part as far as I can tell. The
outside of the box, the instructions, the lamp housing, and the lamp
itself all have EPSON written on them, and the lamp housing has a
"Genuine EPSON Color-Shifting Label" on it.Answered on 12/16/2014 by Greg from Norwalk, CT

A:The bulb I purchased from the Projector People was a genuine bulb and has
worked well. I personally purchase all my projector equipment (including
this projector) from this establishment. Their service is amazing and
follow through is better than most companies I have dealt with.
Hope that helps,

A:If you're asking if this is an official, Epson-branded lamp, I'm not sure. It wouldn't be practical for me to take the projector down to check.
But, I can say this replacement lamp works great, as expected. I use the projector almost daily. My projector is an Epson HC6100. This is the second lamp in this projector.Answered on 7/2/2012 by Anonymous
