  • Q:

Would projecting 9' to a 6'x7' digital screen work?
Asked on 3/12/2017 by DohNo from AK

      A:

From 9' away, the largest image would be 49"H x 88"W, and the smallest would be 45"H x 80"W.

    • A:

Yes, I'm showing on a 10' screen with no problem. Shows a great picture at
      that size also.

  • Q:

Does the HD142X use Passive or Active 3D technology---aka Passive (like more movie theaters use), or Active (requiring powered 3D glasses to sync with the projector).

    Thank you!
Asked on 2/6/2017 by Tom from Saint Louis, MO

    • A:

Its Active 3D. I would recommend grabbing the RF glasses if you pick one
up. That way you will have no line of site issues. Glasses last 30+
      hours on a charge too.

      A:

It uses active 3D glasses. Most projectors do.

  • Q:

Does this 142X have zoom, lens shift, and keystone correction? Thanks.

    • A:

      Yes to keystone correction.
Not sure about zoom - the farther away, the larger the picture. Mine is 12 ft and yields a beautiful 100 inch diagonal.
      What is lens shift???

It has keystone correction, and a small amount of optical zoom. It does not have lens shift, unfortunately.
