  • Q:

The room I need a projector for is such that the distance from where the projector sits to the white wall we're projecting onto is 35 feet. We'd want the screen to be approximately 6 feet across, maybe a little bigger. Most projectors seem to advertise their short throw distance but we need longer than normal throw distance and I'm unsure which projectors might be able to handle this within our budget. How do I find out about handling a long throw distance?

      A:

Hi Benjamin. Most projectors will create a much larger image from that distance. Because of the wide variances within specialized lenses, there isn't an easy way to put them all together in a clean, easy to navigate fashion on the website. The best thing to do is to call in and we can go over everything on the phone.
